本文采用微量筛选技术对19个新化合物和3个不同作用机制的标准药剂进行了除草活性生物筛选试验,同时与温室盆栽法进行了比较,结果表明,微量筛选法与温室盆栽法筛选除草剂活性试验结果相关性较好,而且具有用药量少、敏感、占地面积小、快速等优点,是新化合物除草活性筛选的有效方法之一. In this paper, 19 new compounds and 3 standard pesticides with different mechanisms of action were tested for their herbicidal activity by means of micro screening, and compared with the greenhouse potting method. The results showed that the micro-screening method and the greenhouse potting method screened the herbicide activity The test results are well correlated, and have the advantages of less dosage, less sensitivity, small area, quickness and so on. It is one of the effective methods to screen herbicidal activity of new compounds.
