目的:探讨脉络宁对糖尿病患者血小板活性的影响。方法:采用ELISA法和单克隆酶联免疫吸附法,检测33 例糖尿病患者和28 例正常对照者的血浆内血小板α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP- 140)、血栓烷B2(TXB2)、6- 酮前列腺素F1α(6ketoPGF1α) 和血管性假血友病因子相关抗原(VWF:Ag) 含量。33 例糖尿病患者,16 例采用一般治疗,17 例在一般治疗基础上加用脉络宁,疗程3W。结果:糖尿病患者血浆GMP- 140、TXB2 和VWF:Ag 含量明显高于对照组(P< 0.01) ,6 - keto- PGF1α明显低于对照组( P< 0.01);脉络宁治疗3W 后血浆GMP-140 和VWF:Ag 水平与治疗前比较明显下降( P< 0.01) ,TXB2 水平也明显下降( P<0.05) ,6- keto- PGF1α含量无显著变化。结论:糖尿病患者血小板处于明显活化状态,脉络宁对糖尿病患者的血小板活化具有明显抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Mailuoning on platelet activity in diabetic patients. Methods: Plasma and platelet α-granule membrane protein (GMP-140), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), 6-keto-prostatic hyperplasia in 33 patients with diabetes mellitus and 28 normal controls were detected by ELISA and monoclonal antibody-linked immunosorbent assay F1α (6 keto PGF1α) and von Willebrand factor related antigen (VWF: Ag) content. 33 cases of diabetic patients, 16 cases of general treatment, 17 cases based on the general treatment with Mailuoning, treatment 3W. Results: The levels of plasma GMP - 140, TXB2 and VWF: Ag in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), and 6 - keto - PGF1α was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01) Plasma GMP-140 and VWF: Ag levels decreased significantly (P <0.01), TXB2 level decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the content of 6-keto-PGF1α had no significant change. Conclusion: Platelets in diabetic patients are obviously activated, and Mailuoning can significantly inhibit platelet activation in diabetic patients.
