以在建广安官盛渠江特大桥为例,基于拱顶挠度影响系数,采用穷举算法,以外包混凝土第2环(变截面)浇筑过程中拱顶的竖向变形总和最小为目标,对第2环的浇筑路径进行了优化,得到浇筑路径优化方案。对该桥第2环(变截面)的工作面长度按照长度相等的原则和外包混凝土重量相等的原则进行了划分,分别得到工作面长度相等方案和工作面重量相等方案。将3个方案进行对比分析,发现浇筑路径优化方案在拱顶挠度,拱肋线形,上、下弦杆应力,外包混凝土应力方面更优。
Taking Guan Shengjiang River Bridge under construction as an example, based on the influence coefficient of dome deflection and using the exhaustive algorithm, the minimum vertical deformation of the vault in the second ring (variable section) The pouring path of the ring is optimized to obtain a pouring path optimization scheme. The length of the working face of the second ring (variable section) of the bridge is divided according to the principle of equal length and the weight of the outsourced concrete. The equal plan of working face length and the equal weight of working face are respectively obtained. Comparing the three schemes, it is found that the optimization scheme of pouring route is better in the aspects of dome deflection, arch rib shape, upper and lower chord stress and outsourcing concrete stress.
