目的探讨正中神经掌皮支的超声表现及临床应用价值。方法利用高频超声检测64例志愿者正中神经掌皮支的情况及超声表现,分析其与性别、体质量指数的关系。同时对20例有正中神经掌皮支损伤症状的患者进行检查,分析其异常情况。结果 (1)在志愿者组中,超声能检测正常正中神经掌皮支的情况,显示率为96.9%;其识别能力与患者的性别、体质量指数无关(P>0.05)。(2)正中神经掌皮支损伤症状的患者中,超声检查成功率达95.0%。65.0%的病例有神经异常:10例明显肿大,2例神经嵌入瘢痕组织,1例末梢神经瘤形成。结论高频超声可以识别正中神经掌皮支,并可分析其损伤的原因。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic manifestation and clinical value of median nerve palmar branch. Methods High-frequency ultrasound was used to detect the palmar branch of the median nerve in 64 volunteers and their ultrasound findings. The relationship between them was analyzed by sex and body mass index. At the same time, 20 patients with median nerve palmar scar injury were examined and their abnormalities were analyzed. Results (1) In the volunteer group, the detection rate of the normal median nerve palmar bark was 96.9% in the volunteer group, and its recognition ability was not related to the gender and body mass index (P> 0.05). (2) In patients with median nerve palmar bark injury symptoms, the success rate of ultrasound examination was 95.0%. 65.0% of the cases had neurological abnormalities: 10 cases were obviously enlarged, 2 cases were embedded in the scar tissue, and 1 case was formed by peripheral neuroma. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can identify the median nerve palmar branch, and analyze its causes of injury.
