在酸性溶液中以抗坏血酸还原Cu(Ⅱ)为Cu(Ⅰ),以KCNS分离大量铜,在抗坏血酸-葡萄糖-柠檬酸铵底液中,采用阳极溶出伏安法分析了叶绿素铜-钠盐中的微量铅,Cu:pb高达9000:1时仍可进行铅的准确测定。
