１９９０年，湖北省林业厅组织人员在全省进行了马尾松选优工作，并于１９９２～１９９３年分别在宜昌和太子山营建了实生种子园和子代测定林。我们这次利用１９９９年太子山子代测定林的树高、胸径和存活率数据进行了推定值计算，指数评价，作出了优树特性表。
In 1990, Hubei Provincial Department of Forestry organized personnel to carry out mass-selection of masson pine in the whole province. From 1992 to 1993, they built seedling orchard and offspring in Yichang and Taizishan, respectively. This time, we used the data of tree height, diameter at breast height and survival rate of the Taizishan subtropical forest in 1999 to calculate the estimated value and evaluate the index.
