自密实混凝土在浇筑过程中无需振捣,仅仅依靠自重就能填充密实,满足不方便振捣的工程施工要求.该文主要研究粗骨料级配对混凝土性能的影响,首先筛选粗骨料,先把颗粒直径5~10mm、10~20mm的粗骨料比例分1∶0、1∶1和0∶1三种情况,然后研究在自密实混凝土配合比相同的情况下,3种比例混凝土的工作性能差异,最后在保证水灰比不变、工作性能基本相同的条件下,研究粗骨料组成对自密实混凝土工作性能、强度、伸缩性、抗碳化的影响.试验结果表明:粗骨料配合比1∶1的自密实混凝土是综合性能最理想的情况.
