近20年来激光的工业应用甚广,眼科文献报告激光眼损伤仅7例。作者报告另7例如下: 例1,男性31岁白人,从事激光工作5年,左眼受钕激光烧伤,当即引起实性中心暗点,视力20/300,视野有一绝对性中心暗点,Amsler方格表有变形及暗点。眼底可见中心凹处有一血块,沿颞下动脉有两处视网膜前出血和玻璃体出血。围绕中心凹有一1/2PD视网膜显著水肿区,其外有2.5×3 P D弥漫水肿区。荧光素血管造影无渗漏,视网膜毛细血管未见损伤,9天后出血部分吸收,可见一500μm全层视网膜破孔。6周时视网膜水肿消失,破孔边缘视网膜隆起。致伤激光为掺钕钇铝石榴石激光,功率1500mW,光束直径500μm,脉冲时间0.1秒,脉冲频率10次/秒。
Laser industry has been widely used in the past 20 years. There are only 7 cases of laser eye injury reported in ophthalmic literature. The authors report the other seven cases as follows: Example 1, a male, 31 years old, white, engaged in laser work for 5 years, the left eye by neodymium laser burns, immediately caused by the solid center dark spots, visual acuity 20/300, visual field has an absolute center dark spots, Amsler Grid table has deformation and dark spots. There is a blood clot seen in the fundus, with two pre-retinal hemorrhages and vitreous hemorrhage along the inferior temporal artery. Around the fovea there is a 1 / 2PD significant retinal edema area, which has 2.5 × 3P D diffuse edema area. Fluorescein angiography no leakage, no damage to the retinal capillaries, 9 days after the partial absorption of bleeding, showing a 500μm full-thickness retinal holes. At 6 weeks, retinal edema disappeared and the retinal bulge at the edge of the hole broke. Nd: YAG laser with a power of 1500mW, a beam diameter of 500μm, a pulse time of 0.1s and a pulse frequency of 10 times / s.
