目的探讨临床免疫检验的影响因素,为制定相应对策提供理论依据。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月在医院检验科160份存在质量问题的临床免疫检验报告资料进行系统性分析,对临床免疫检验质量有所影响的相关因素进行分析,然后根据影响因素分析结果制定措施,同时随机选取在医院进行临床免疫检验的96例患者作为研究对象,根据是否采取检验质量控制措施分为对照组和观察组,每组48例患者,分析临床免疫检验影响因素情况、两组患者临床免疫检验情况。结果临床免疫检验的质量影响因素为:检验环境温度、检验环境洁净度、检验试剂平衡时间、样品的质量、检验人员的素质,最为主要的是检验环境洁净度;对照组的正确率、总有效率明显低于观察组,误诊率明显高于观察组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验的质量影响因素较多,通过分析其影响因素,制定针对性控制措施,患者临床检验的准确率得到了显著的提升、总有效率明显提高,误诊率明显降低。

Conclusion There are many factors influencing the quality of clinical immunity test. By analyzing its influencing factors and making targeted control measures, the accuracy of clinical tests has been significantly improved, the total effective rate has significantly increased, and the misdiagnosis rate has dropped significantly.
