徐冠巨1961年7月出生,浙江杭州人。1980年6月参加工作。浙江省委党校工商管理专业研究生毕业,高级经济师。目前为传化集团有限公司董事长、浙江传化股份有限公司董事长、全国政协委员、全国工商联常委、浙江省政协副主席、浙江省工商联主席。曾任杭州传化化学制品有限公司总经理、省六届工商联副会长、萧山工商联副会长,浙江传化集团有限公司总裁、省七届工商联副会长、杭州市工商联副会长、杭州市政协常委、杭州市萧山区政协副主席、萧山区工商联会长,省八届工商联会长、浙江传化集团有限公司董事长。民营企业在经济舞台上扮演的角色越来越重要。然而,据统计,我国每年新生15万家民营企业,同时又消亡10万多家,民营企业的平均寿命只有2.9年。“草根”怎样变成“大树”?民企怎样实现可持续发展?对此,担任浙江省政协副主席、省工商业联合会会长的传化集团董事长徐冠巨袒露了他的肺腑之言,提出了三点:一是强化品牌建设,二是提升企业家自身素质,三是加强民营企业的战略决策。最近,随着“十一五”建议的出台,传化集团未来五年规划也在决策出台中,其中比较明确地提出了未来五年的传化要在战略决策上、品牌建设上、人力资源保障上做好重点文章。而这一切,与其掌舵人徐冠巨的经营理念是分不开的。在记者了解和采访中,听到关于传化和徐冠巨最多的词是:健康、责任。这两个非常常见的词放在传化集团,又赋予了很多的内涵。让我们一起去回顾传化近二十年来所走过的历程,以及徐冠巨对健康和责任的理解和实践。
