测定87名妊娠晚期孕妇及300名非孕健康妇女血清及500名头发中微量元素及部份常量元素的含量.结果孕妇血中的Zn,Cu,Fe,Mg均有明显增加(P<005),Mn,Cd,Ni有明显减少(P<005),Ca无明显变化.发中的Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg,Cd有明显增加;而Fe与Mn有明显减少(P<005).其中Fe,Cd,Ni值与胎儿体重关系为:胎儿越大,其值越小(P<005).而分娩低体重儿者血Zn明显低于分娩巨大胎儿者(P<005).提示母亲缺Zn可导致胎儿宫内发育迟缓,妊娠期均衡饮食、辅以适当补充一些微量元素有利于围产期母儿健康.
Determination of serum levels of 87 pregnant women and 300 non-pregnant healthy women and 500 hair in the determination of trace elements and some of the elements of the content. Results The levels of Zn, Cu, Fe and Mg in pregnant women increased significantly (P <005), while Mn, Cd and Ni decreased significantly (P <005), while Ca did not change significantly. The contents of Zn, Cu, Ca, Mg and Cd in hair increased significantly, while the contents of Fe and Mn decreased significantly (P <005). Among them, the relationship between Fe, Cd, Ni and fetal body weight is as follows: the larger the fetus, the smaller the value (P <005). However, the blood Zn levels of children with low birth weight were significantly lower than those with large fetuses (P <005). Tip mothers lack of Zn can lead to fetal intrauterine growth retardation, a balanced diet during pregnancy supplemented by appropriate supplemental trace elements conducive to perinatal maternal health.
