对于高转速的测量,国内外采用的测量仪器和方法很多,测量精度也很高。但对于低转速的测量(如低于2转/秒的角速度)就较困难。虽然随着新技术的飞跃发展,相应出现了各种不同的转台和摇摆台,角速度范围为0.005度/秒~720度/秒。但目前国内外仍多采用机械秒表计时和用肉眼观测转过角度的方法测量转台角速度。对低于0.2度/秒和高于20度/秒的角速度难于准确观测,且很难判定转台旋转的稳定性。为此本文介绍几种测量方法供参考。
