嫩江流域作为达斡尔族主要分布地,在历史发展进程中创造了丰富多彩的非物质文化遗产。本文结合国家有关政策,运用文化生态保护的理念,从嫩江流域达斡尔族文化遗产分布,文化生态保护区建设的必要性、科学性,文化保护纲要的制定、互动性的文化保护机制、全面型的文化保护理念等方面,探讨嫩江流域达斡尔族文化生态保护区建设。
As the main distribution area of Daur people, Nenjiang River Basin has created a rich and colorful intangible cultural heritage in the course of historical development. Based on the relevant policies of the state and the concept of cultural and ecological protection, this paper analyzes the distribution of Daur cultural heritage in Nenjiang River valley, the necessity of building a cultural and ecological protection zone, the establishment of a scientific and cultural protection outline, the interactive cultural protection mechanism, Cultural protection and so on, discusses the construction of Daweier Cultural and Ecological Protection Zone in Nenjiang River Basin.
