通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和分析归纳法对本论文进行研究,太极拳的健身价值是多方面的:(1)对中老年人的神经系统有着调节神经系统的作用;(2)有利于中老年人运动系统的改善;(3)对改善中老年人肠胃等疾病有显著的效果;(4)能增强中老年的免疫力;(5)能调节中老年人的心理状态;(6)有利于改善中老年人的呼吸系统。
