Objective: To investigate the influence of pregnancy complicating hepatitis B virus infection on pregnancy outcome. Methods: The pregnancy outcomes of 248 gestational hepatitis pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Complications of hepatitis B virus infection in pregnancy mainly included premature rupture of membranes (21.8%), fetal distress (13.7%), pregnancy induced hypertension (12.9%), preterm birth (11.3%), postpartum hemorrhage %). The incidence of pregnant women with normal liver function was significantly lower than that of normal liver function group (P <0.05). The incidence of asphyxia in normal liver function group was significantly lower than that in normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Pregnancy complicated with hepatitis B virus infection and abnormal liver function have a great influence on pregnancy outcome. Clinical treatment should pay attention to these cases.
