国务院《校车安全管理条例》出台后,湖北省潜江市因地制宜,按照“政府主导、部门监管、市场运作、客运补充”的原则,采取政府购买服务,社会参与运营的办法,全市成立了校车公司13家,新购标准校车338台,办理正规校车标识标牌264台。目前,这些校车服务15672名乘车学生幼儿,涉及接送学生(幼儿)的学校、幼儿园共110所,全市实现了标准校车全覆盖,确保了中小学生、幼儿园幼儿的乘车安全。完善体系推进校车发展潜江市委市政府高度重视校车安全工作,成立了由常务副市长任组长,多部门参与的校车安全管理领导小组,两年来召开了2次校车安全现场会,11次联席会议。市政府下发了《潜江市校车安全运行责任追究暂行办法》,对监管部门、学校(幼儿园)、校车公司,从车辆、驾驶行为、照管行为、
