目的:提高课堂教学质量,探讨“以问题为引导”(Problem-Oriented Basic Medical Science CuⅡiculum PBC)的教学方法在中专护生妇产科护理学教学中的应用。方法:在东莞卫生学校妇产科护理学的教学中选24学时进行以问题为引导的教学,剩余48学时进行传统教学。结果:90%以上的护生认为PBC教学可以提高自学能力、合作学习能力、课堂专注度、学科知识的掌握程度、学习兴趣和主动性,85%学生认为能提高解决问题能力。结论:PBC教学法适合在普通中专护理专业妇产科护理学中局部推广应用。要进一步提高PBC教学质量,必须进一步优化PBC教学中的问题、内容和时间设置,强化教学和班级管理,提高教师科研水平。
Objective: To improve the quality of classroom teaching and to explore the application of the teaching method of “Problem-Oriented Basic Medical Science CuⅡiculum PBC” in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching in secondary school. Methods: In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology Nursing in Dongguan Health School, we chose 24 hours to conduct problem-oriented teaching, and the remaining 48 hours were traditionally taught. Results: More than 90% of nurses believe that PBC teaching can improve self-learning ability, cooperative learning ability, classroom concentration, mastery of subject knowledge, interest in learning and initiative, and 85% of students think that they can improve their ability to solve problems. Conclusion: PBC teaching method is suitable for general popularization and application in obstetrics and gynecology nursing specialty of general secondary school. To further improve the quality of PBC teaching, we must further optimize the PBC teaching problems, content and time settings, and strengthen teaching and class management, improve teachers’ scientific research level.
