在空气调节的设计计算中,往往需借助湿空气i-d图以查得湿空气的各种参数值,才能进行有关计算工作。然而由于i-d图的图线繁多,查读比较费时,尤其在处理大量试验数据时,仅查读参数就需耗费较多的精力与时间,而且还极易出错。为解决查图的困难,本文介绍TI-58C型可编程序计算器进行湿空气参数计算的基本方法。本文首先从一般湿空气参数的基本计算式出发,并根据饱和湿空气性能表中有关数据,推荐了饱和水蒸汽分压力P_b=f(t)及热焓i=f(t′)两个近似计算式(t为干球温度、t′为湿球温度),从而汇编成一套较为完整的湿空气参数计算公式,以便于编制电算程序。本文介绍TI-58C型计算器用于湿空气参数计算的程序编制过程,并举例说明各种参数的具体计算操作方法。文中还列表说明本计算法之计算结果与有关图表值之误差范围,以供对照参考。
In the air conditioning design and calculation, often need to rely on wet air i-d map to check the various parameters of wet air in order to carry out the calculation work. However, due to the large number of i-d maps, it takes a lot of time to read, especially when dealing with a large amount of experimental data. It takes more effort and time to read only the parameters, and is also prone to errors. In order to solve the difficulty of searching chart, this article introduces TI-58C type programmable calculator to calculate the basic method of wet air parameters. In this paper, based on the basic calculation formula of general wet air parameters, and according to the relevant data in saturated wet air performance table, two approximations of saturated steam partial pressure P_b = f (t) and enthalpy i = f (t ’ Calculated formula (t is the dry bulb temperature, t ’is the wet bulb temperature), which compiles into a more complete set of wet air parameters formula, in order to facilitate the preparation of computer programs. This article describes the TI-58C calculator for wet air parameters of the programming process, and an example of various parameters of the specific calculation method of operation. The article also lists the calculation method of the calculation results and the value of the chart error range for comparison reference.
