以非洲尼日利亚某市政道路工程为例,基于断裂力学理论,取不同车速、面层动弹模和沥青路面裂纹长度3个因素,选取3水平进行正交试验,并运用有限元模拟计算正交设计方案的裂纹应力强度因子。结果表明,裂缝长度对裂缝的扩展影响最大,其次是车速,面层的弹性模量对裂缝扩展的影响最小,且裂纹应力强度因子随着面层弹性模量的增大而增大,并提出了减轻路面裂缝扩展的建议。
Taking a municipal road project in Nigeria as an example, based on the fracture mechanics theory, taking the factors of different vehicle speed, surface dynamic elastic modulus and crack length of asphalt pavement as 3 factors, 3 levels were selected for orthogonal test and the orthogonal design was calculated by finite element method Crack stress intensity factor. The results show that the crack length has the greatest influence on the crack propagation, followed by the vehicle speed, the elastic modulus of the surface layer has the least effect on the crack propagation, and the crack stress intensity factor increases with the increase of the surface elastic modulus. Proposed to reduce the crack propagation in pavement.
