根据齿轮胶合强度计算理论的最新研究成果,本文研制了其现有三种计算方法的通用计算机软件,该软件包括:①齿轮胶合强度安全系数的校核计算;②齿轮胶合强度设计计算及其接触与弯曲疲劳强度的校核;③不同传动齿轮间胶合承载能力的对比计算.程序中解决了自动修正载荷系数,在中心距有限制的情况下如何求得最佳正变位,以及接触与弯曲强度校核不满足时的修改方法等关键性问题,使软件的功能更为齐全.计算实例表明,其结果准确、可靠,且运算速度快、全部运算过程在20分钟内即可完成。
According to the latest research results of gear bonding strength calculation theory, general computer software of three existing calculation methods is developed in this paper.
