随着近年来互联网的迅猛发展,网络舆论的范围得到进一步地扩大,一方面为广大民众提供了前所未有的获取信息的渠道,使大众传递自己声音的方式变得丰富而多彩。另一方面由于网络的传播范围广、传播速度快、影响力度大等特点,使得网络舆论更容易在现实社会中激发矛盾。面对此种情形,如何建设网络舆论的正面形象并消解其负面效应,采取何种有效的监管手段,是我们当前所要解决的一大问题。
With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years, the scope of public opinion on the Internet has been further expanded. On the one hand, it has provided an unprecedented channel of access to information for the general public, thereby enriching and enriching the public’s way of delivering their own voices. On the other hand, due to the wide range of network dissemination, fast propagation, great influence and other characteristics, it is easier for online media to arouse conflicts in the real world. In the face of this situation, how to build a positive image of the online public opinion and eliminate its negative effects, and what effective regulatory measures should be taken are one of the major issues that we are currently trying to solve.
