为了研究盾叶薯蓣的水溶性化学成分,用溶剂提取、色谱分离等方法从盾叶薯蓣的水溶液中分离到一个新甾体皂苷,经1HNMR、13CNMR、135DEPT、HMQC、HMBC和TOCSY谱鉴定,该化合物的结构为:(25R)-26-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-furost-5-en-3β,16,20,26-tetraol-22-seco-3-Ο-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside,命名为zingiberenin F(1)。该化合物为一新甾体皂苷化合物,该骨架甾体皂苷在薯蓣科中为首次报道。
In order to study the water-soluble chemical constituents of Dioscorea zingiberensis CHWright, a new steroidal saponin was isolated from the aqueous solution of Dioscorea zingiberensis by solvent extraction and chromatographic separation, and identified by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 135DEPT, HMQC, HMBC and TOCSY spectra The structure of the compound is: (25R) -26-O- (β-D-glucopyranosyl) -furost-5-en-3β, 16,20,26-tetraol-22-seco-3-Ο-β-D-glucopyranosyl - (1 → 3) -β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 4) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 2)] - β-D-glucopyranoside, named zingiberenin F (1). The compound is a novel steroidal saponin compound, and the steroidal saponin is the first reported in Dioscorea.
