采用透射几何测定了以0.lC—0.84Si—1.63Mn(重量百分数)为基础的几种实验双相钢热轧正火状态下的57Fe室温穆斯堡尔谱,用AWMI方法按亚谱进行了最小二乘法拟合。穆斯堡尔谱表明,几个实验钢及基础钢中均有剩余奥体存在,未显现Fe_3C谱线。根据中心峰的面积计算了剩余奥氏体的量。结合 CCT曲线和金相观察结果讨论了添加Cr、Mo及微量Ga、B对相组成的影响。结果表明,在含0.6%Cr的钢中添加微量Ga和B在增加奥氏体稳定性方面的作用与加入0.6%Mo的作用相当。)
The 57Fe room-temperature Mössbauer spectra of several experimental duplex steel hot-rolled normalized states based on 0.lC-0.84Si-1.63Mn (weight percent) were measured by transmission geometry using the AWMI method in sub-spectra Least square fitting. Mossbauer spectroscopy shows that there are some remaining bodies in experimental steel and base steel, and no Fe 3 C line appears. The amount of retained austenite was calculated from the area of the center peak. Combining the CCT curve and metallographic observation results, the effects of addition of Cr, Mo and trace amounts of Ga and B on the phase composition were discussed. The results show that the addition of trace amounts of Ga and B to 0.6% Cr-containing steels is equivalent to the addition of 0.6% Mo in increasing austenite stability. )
