科技的迅猛发展催生了转基因食品,转基因食品为全人类带来了巨大的经济利益。但是,与此同时,转基因食品所带来的诸多便利背后却蕴藏着巨大风险。文章通过对转基因食品安全法律保障必要性的研究,对我国转基因食品的立法现状进行分析,指出我国现行转基因食品安全法律保障机制存在的缺失,并通过借鉴国外对转基因食品安全的法律规制,提出完善我国转基因食品安全法律保障机制的建议。
The rapid development of science and technology has given birth to genetically modified foods, genetically modified foods for mankind has brought enormous economic benefits. But in the meantime, there are tremendous risks behind the many conveniences brought by genetically modified foods. Through the research on the necessity of legal protection of genetically modified food safety, the article analyzes the current situation of the legislation of genetically modified food in our country, and points out the deficiency of the current legal protection mechanism of genetically modified food in our country.
