在以人为本的教育理念下,激励教育可以最大限度地激发学生实现自我价值的热情,激励他们向教育目标靠近。笔者结合学校现状,分析在激励教育中运用校长寄语进行激励教育的背景,提出运用校长寄语进行激励教育的具体策略,以期使学生在自我悦纳的基础上,培养自信、自立、自强、自主的心理品质,从而达到发展自我、更新自我、完善自我的目的。
In the concept of people-oriented education, motivational education can maximize the enthusiasm of students to achieve self-worth, encourage them to move closer to the goal of education. Based on the status quo of the school, the author analyzes the background of motivating education by using principals’ message in motivational education and puts forward the specific tactics of motivating and educating students with the motto of the president so that students can cultivate self-reliance, self-reliance, self-reliance and autonomy on the basis of self-acceptance Psychological quality, so as to achieve self-development, self-renewal, self-improvement purposes.
