采用溶剂浮选分光光度原理，用砷钼杂多蓝－结晶紫体系进行萃取浮选，以甲苯－丙酮混合液为有机溶剂，在５７６ｎｍ处比色测定，可测得ｎｇ／ｍｌ级砷。可用于有机、无机样品中痕量砷的测定．
Using solvent flotation spectrophotometry, arsenic and molybdenum heteropoly blue-crystal violet system was used for extraction and flotation. Toluene-acetone mixture was used as organic solvent and colorimetric determination was carried out at 576 nm. Can be used for determination of trace arsenic in organic and inorganic samples.
