目的了解镇江市慢性病患者的就医行为现状,分析患者是否选择社区卫生机构就诊的因素,为加强慢性病管理和促进患者利用社区卫生服务提供建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法对镇江市242名慢性病患者进行问卷调查。结果调查对象未对慢性病进行治疗者达19.8%;42.1%的患者选择社区卫生机构进行慢性病治疗,选择社区的原因主要是离家近及慢性病诊断用药较简单,影响社区利用的因素主要是性别、职业、月收入、政策知情度及社区机构满意度。结论应加强慢性病防治中的社区干预,提高患者对社区卫生服务的认可及满意度,加大医保政策宣传,引导患者向社区卫生服务机构就诊,开展慢性病规范化管理。
Objective To understand the status quo of medical treatment for chronic patients in Zhenjiang and to analyze whether the patients choose the community health facilities for treatment and to provide suggestions for strengthening the management of chronic diseases and promoting the use of community health services. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to survey 242 chronic patients in Zhenjiang City. Results The survey respondents did not treat 19.8% of chronic diseases; 42.1% chose community health institutions to treat chronic diseases. The reasons for choosing community were mainly that they were close to home and the diagnosis of chronic diseases was relatively simple, and the factors influencing community use were mainly gender, Employment, monthly income, policy-making and community agency satisfaction. Conclusions Community interventions should be strengthened in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, the patients’ approval and satisfaction with community health services should be enhanced, publicity on health insurance policies should be stepped up, patients should be guided to community health service institutions, and the standardized management of chronic diseases should be carried out.
