小麦幼苗叶片DNA对O_3极为敏感,O_3处理的第一天就明显下降;RNA第一天降低幅度不大,第二天开始大幅度降低,同时RN_(ase)活性显著上升。可溶性蛋白质含量亦随之降低,SDS─PAGE分析表明,可溶性蛋白质组分也发生了深刻变化,高分子量蛋白质随处理时间延长而逐渐降解消失。
The DNA of wheat seedling leaves was extremely sensitive to O_3, and obviously decreased on the first day of O_3 treatment. The decrease of RNA on the first day was not significant, and the DNA began to decrease significantly the next day. Meanwhile, the activity of RN_ (ase) increased significantly. Soluble protein content also decreased, SDS ─ PAGE analysis showed that profound changes have taken place in the soluble protein components, high-molecular-weight proteins gradually disappear with the processing time.
