目前,肥胖已经成为世界性的流行疾病,其相关疾病的发病率也在迅速增加,对人们的身体和健康和生活水平的提高构成巨大威胁,近些年来,许多专家学者在研究运动训练频率和时间对减肥效果的影响上的研究较多,而关于训练频率和持续时间的运动减肥处方的研究相对较少,缺少综合器械有氧训练对肥胖人群训练频率和持续时间对减肥效果的研究。研究目的:比较HST组、LLT组和MMT组综合器械有氧训练方式对中年肥胖女性的Fat%指标的影响。研究方法:对36名中年肥胖女性(Fat%:40.7±3.0)随机分成三组,即,HST组(高频率短时间训练组)、LLT组(低频率长时间训练组)、MMT组(中频率中时间训练组),每组各12人,分别进行12周均以训练强度为60~80%Hrpeak的有综合器械有氧训练对受试者训练12周后Fat%指标测定。研究结果:各组Fat%显著降低,且差异显著(P<0.01),但LLT组训练方式的效果更加明显。结论:三组运动方式均可降低中年肥胖女性的FAT%,但LLT组效果最显著。

Objectives: To compare the effects of aerobic training methods on Fat% of obese women in middle-aged and middle-aged with HST, LLT and MMT. Methods: Thirty-six middle-aged obese women (Fat%: 40.7 ± 3.0) were randomly divided into three groups: HST group (high frequency short time training group), LLT group (low frequency long time training group), MMT group Medium-frequency time training group), 12 in each group, and 12% of them were tested for Fat% after 12 weeks of training with comprehensive mechanical aerobic training training intensity of 60 ~ 80% Hrpeak. Results: The Fat% in each group decreased significantly (P <0.01), but the effect of LLT training mode was more obvious. Conclusion: The three groups exercise mode can reduce the fat% of middle-aged obese women, but the LLT group has the most obvious effect.
