北京首都时代广场发展商透露,于去年底开业的商场部分已租出六成,亦有传最近北京东方广场的招租理想,签约者不少。但业内人士指,这并不意味着受通缩影响至深的北京零售业,会在短期内走出低谷。即是说,由于北京的商场供应量颇大,其租售市场仍然面临巨大压力。 最近有消息指,东方广场从整体来说招租情况理想,已有不少商家签约,但发展商尚未公布名单。据悉,东方广场的叫价每平方米85~120美元,而成交价亦相当“企硬”。
