通过对天津特检院2005年1月至08年5月所有球罐在用检验中发现裂纹情况的详尽数据统计和分析,揭示球罐裂纹产生的部分规律和裂纹多发位置,并结合一些典型案例初步找到了此类裂纹的主要成因。得出了以下主要结论:以16MnR等常见材料制造的球罐在常规使用条件下同样易产生裂纹;裂纹最集中的部位是处于或接近于横焊位置的环焊缝内表面下部边缘熔合线附近;本文试图通过这些论述,引起设计和检验人员对此问题的高度关注。
Through the statistics and analysis of the detailed data of cracks found in the inspection of all the spherical tanks of Tianjin Special Procuratorate from January 2005 to May 2008, some laws of crack generation and the locations of cracks in the spherical tank were revealed.
