我院机床数控实验室承担“数控机床”、“数控加工程序编制”两门课程的教学实验任务,实验是借助于本教研室的一台XK5040数控铣床来完成的。学生们可通过在机床平台上画线来检验编制的加工程序是否正确、合理。另一些必要的教学实验,如“机床点位控制软件调试”、“直线插补软件调试”、“步进电机驱动环形分配器软件调试”等,只能在单板机上作模拟演示。我们在单板机的PIO口的输出线上接上发光二极管,通过发光二极管亮、暗状态的变化模
