目的应用差示扫描量热(DSC)法对2种不同产地的丹参原药材粉末、醇提物和水提物进行分析鉴别。方法DSC量程8 mW;升温速率10℃/min;温度范围25~400℃;气氛为静态空气;参比物为-αA l2O3;根据图谱峰形和特征进行比较鉴别。结果丹参原药材粉末、醇提物和水提物放热峰温略有不同,但2种不同产地的DSC图谱峰形基本一致。结论初步表明DSC法具有试量微样化、不用溶剂、曲线易于解析、快速简便等优点,可作为丹参药材及其提取物的鉴别方法之一。
Objective To use differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method to analyze and identify the powders, alcohol extracts and water extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods The DSC range is 8 mW; the heating rate is 10°C/min; the temperature range is 25~400°C; the atmosphere is static air; the reference substance is -αA l2O3; the comparison is based on the peak shape and characteristics of the map. Results The peak temperature of exothermic powders, alcohol extracts and aqueous extracts of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was slightly different, but the peaks of DSC spectra of two different origins were basically the same. Conclusion The preliminary results show that the DSC method has the advantages of micro-sample testing, solvent-free, easy-to-analyze curve, and rapid and simple. It can be used as one of the identification methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
