目的 探讨不同钙对废用性骨质疏松大鼠血清无机盐、肝MDA、AKP的影响。方法 健康SD大鼠 5 0只 ,分为 5组 ,雌雄各半 ,2~ 5组复制骨质疏松动物模型 ,1~ 2组喂普通饲料 ,3~ 5组喂补钙实验饲料 ,2月后测其骨密度及血钙、锌、铜、AKP、肝MDA。结果 废用性骨质疏松组的血钙、血铜、铜/锌、肝MDA、AKP明显增高而血锌明显降低。补钙组骨密度及骨矿物含量明显高于未补钙实验组 ,肝MDA、血AKP显著降低。结论 补钙可增加废用性骨骼的骨密度 ,并影响肝MDA、血AKP含量
Objective To investigate the effects of different calcium on serum inorganic salts, liver MDA and AKP in rats with disuse osteoporosis. Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were divided into five groups, male and female were divided into two groups. The animals were divided into 2 ~ 5 groups. The rats in group 1 ~ 2 were fed with normal diet. The rats in groups 3 ~ 5 were fed with calcium diet. Measurement of bone mineral density and serum calcium, zinc, copper, AKP, liver MDA. Results The levels of serum calcium, blood copper, copper / zinc, MDA and AKP in liver of the patients with disuse osteoporosis were significantly increased and blood zinc was significantly decreased. Calcium group bone mineral density and bone mineral content was significantly higher than the calcium-free experimental group, liver MDA, blood AKP decreased significantly. Conclusion Calcium can increase the bone mineral density of disused bone and affect the content of liver MDA and blood AKP
