在超高真空中温度测试上限要达到2600~3000℃。依据对测量数据进行多项式校正的理论和最小二乘数据拟合方法,给出了对钨铼5-钨铼26热电偶分度表进行全温度范围分段多项式校正的数学模型,阐述了提高校正数据精度的有效方法。实验证明,多段校正方法在-200~2310℃范围内精度可达±1‰。
