我院在进行日常医疗工作的同时,还肩负着省内近四万系统职工的体检及巡回医疗任务。检验工作在此任务的完成过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。就如何提高临床实验室在流动状态下的工作质量;如何使流动临床实验室适应检验医学学科在新形势下的建设和发展,如何通过加强实验室管理以提高体检及巡回医疗工作的社会、经济效益等问题,本人在长期的检验管理工作中取得了以下体会。
