本文采用同位素源激发X射线荧光分析法(XRF),对地甲肿流行区82份人发中Ca、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Pb六种元素的含量进行测定,并与非地甲肿流行区28份正常人发微量元素含量测定进行比较,报道如下。材料与方法 1.资料来源:在全椒县马厂乡10个自然村(新发现的病区)及霍山县(老病区)共采集82份人发样品。老病区48份,包括经临床及实验室确诊的地方性克汀病(地克汀病)患者28份及正常人20份,其中男27人,女21人。新病区34份,包括地甲肿患者24份及正常人10份,其中男17例,女17例,非病区(农村)正常人28份,其中男17例,女11例。三组年龄范围相同,均在7~56岁。 2.方法:受检者在取样前预先洗头凉干。
In this paper, isotope-source excitation X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) was used to determine the content of Ca, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn and Pb in 82 human hair follicles endemic areas, Epidemic area 28 normal human hair trace elements were compared, reported as follows. Materials and Methods 1. Source: A total of 82 human hair samples were collected from 10 natural villages (newly discovered wards) and Huoshan County (old ward) in Ma Chang Township, Quanjiao County. 48 old patients, including clinically and clinically diagnosed endemic cretinism (definin disease) 28 patients and 20 normal subjects, 27 males and 21 females. The new ward 34, including 24 cases of gonorrhea and 10 normal subjects, including 17 males and 17 females, 28 non-ward (rural) normal, including 17 males and 11 females. The same three age groups, all in the 7 to 56 years old. 2. Methods: Subjects wash their hair dry before sampling.
