对重塑教育理念、整合教育资源两大本质的把握,是确定“教育”和“信息化”两者之间是”+“号,还是”×”号的关键。教育资源从单一学校到区域性地区,再从整个中国的教育资源到全球教育资源的整合趋势,从1997年至2003年的七年间来看,中国教育信息化跨跃了从计算机辅助教学到校园网建设,再到以区域为核心的城域网建设两大阶段。面向2003之后的未来来说,通过 e-Learning 进行全球的“信息化学习”建设完全有可能取代当前的城域教育网建设。
The key to reshape the concept of education and to integrate educational resources is to determine whether “education” and “informationization” are between “+” signs and “x signs”.
