多级压缩机各级行程容积的确定比单级要复杂得多。这是由于多级压缩机不仅要考虑压力系数、温度系数和容积系数的影响,还要考虑泄漏和被压缩气体湿度之影响,有时还要考虑压缩机中间抽气的影响。而实际多级压缩机各级行程容积的确定又和理想多级压缩机各级行程容积的关系不同。为了分析实际多级压缩机各级行程容积的确定,我们有必要定性地分析一下理想多级压缩机各级气缸之间的基本关系。
Multi-stage compressor stroke at all levels to determine the volume is much more complex than the single-stage.
