随着我国“走出去”战略在企业间不断扩大实施,越来越多的企业走向国际竞争市场,面临着复杂的经营环境。而建筑施工企业面向的绝大部分是相对较贫穷或落后的发展中国家。本人已在非洲工作多年,深刻体会大海外战略下企业文化建设之紧要性,特别是施工企业外经项目企业文化建设的基调与定位、整合与融入等普遍性问题;是追求独特,还是定位于创新,或是传承传统稳步更新,已成为迫切思考的焦点课题。
