激励顾名思义就是激发鼓励,是企业对员工进行管理的重要手段,适度的激励会激发员工工作的积极性,使员工在工作过程中更加努力,为企业带来更高的效益。但一部分企业中也存在着关于激励制度的问题,如激励制度的目的性不强、激励制度不受重视、激励制度不完善、激励制度得不到落实等,基于此,对以上提出的问题进行分析和研究,并提出有效的改善对策。
