近年来,卫星技术、有线技术、数字技术等高科技在传媒业中得到广泛应用,使大众传播向数字化、多频道化、多媒体化、双向化发展。 在信息传播高速现代化、全球化的环境中,尚不发达的我国传媒业受到的冲击无疑是巨大的。国外广播电台在一批时效性强,制作精美的节目面孔后隐藏着意识形态的无形渗透;亚洲上空密密麻麻的卫星,200多套节目正苦心经营,想打入中国;国外电影、电视剧、动画片的引进以及随之而来的精明的营销战略带来了我国社会各领域的连锁反应。
