针对重整反应加热炉存在的燃烧状况不好、热负荷不足、排烟温度高和对流室漏风、辐射室衬里部分脱落等问题进行了分析;为进一步提高重整反应加热炉热效率和热负荷,满足重整加工量和操作苛刻度不断提高的需要,提出了重整反应加热炉增上对流室后氧含量分析仪、辐射室炉管喷涂RSI稀土纳米陶瓷涂层等措施,实现了重整反应加热炉的安全、高效运行。
