租赁制和承包制目前仍是相当数量商业企业采取的经营方式。不少商场由于缺乏经营实力,也为了分散经营风险,或以招商方式把柜台租赁出去,或利用承包方式确定企业与承包人关系,把楼层、柜组交个人经营。改革初期,由于这两种经营方式有利落实经营自主权,使经营者责权利相结合,调动了他们的积极性。因而,租赁和承包迅速在全国推开。“一租就灵”、“一包就灵”成了商家们经营的诀窍。
