在气缸套上部的凸缘部设置应变片,将凸缘部作为负荷传感器,测定柴油机气缸垫气密部分静态紧固时及实际运转时表面压力的变化,并介绍了此时负荷传感器的校正方法及实测结果。同时与用FEM(有限元法)预测的表面压力比较,得到了完全一致的结果。
