根据本刊上期报道,广州市有线电视整转之后,顾客满意度只有百分之三十几。而笔者的母亲,一位广州的退休教师,就是大多数不满意的客户之一。关于数字电视,她常常说的一句话是:“让电视气死了!”——要么无法调到想看的节目;要么有的频道莫名消失数天;要么拨打服务电话无人接听;要么上门维修工无法解决问题,说好第二天再来却不见踪影(那是康佳牌机顶盒,还有三年的服务合同)。两位邻居还嘱咐我母亲,一定要把上门维修工带到他们家去,因为同样问题一大堆……很难想象,当垄断成为运营商的生存条件和惯性思维,有线数字电视如何能与IPTV竞争本刊其他文章还提到,广电运营商的日子其实也不好过,一大现实问题是:整转之后无法大幅调升收费、而营运成本却大幅上升——如此维持健康、正常的运营都难,更遑论在竞争中取胜其实,这个矛盾可以化解,前提是数字电视需要“改变设计的思维”!
