随着我国现代化经济的飞速发展和国民经济体制的改革,煤炭行业的竞争变得非常的激烈,为了确保煤炭企业的市场竞争力,需要经过全方位的经济体制改革才能确保自身企业的竞争优势,而财务管理体系是否完善直接影响着企业的发展。本文通过探讨煤炭化工企业在财务管理过程中存在的一些问题,依照企业自身的发展状况提出相应的措施,以此来优化企业的财务管理工作,为煤化工企业的稳定发展打下了坚实的基础。
With the rapid development of China’s modern economy and the reform of the national economic system, the competition in the coal industry has become fierce. In order to ensure the market competitiveness of the coal enterprises, it is necessary to go through a comprehensive reform of the economic system so as to ensure the competitive advantage of our own enterprises. The financial management system is a direct impact on the development of enterprises. This paper discusses some problems existing in the process of financial management in coal chemical industry and puts forward corresponding measures in accordance with their own development so as to optimize their financial management and lay a solid foundation for the stable development of coal chemical industry.
