目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英35)对人工流产术后宫腔粘连的预防作用。方法 200例自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100例。实验组人工流产术后即时口服达英35,对照组术后服用抗生素及新生化颗粒1周,两组均予以常规术后护理。术后3个月宫腔镜检查,观察宫腔恢复情况。结果实验组1例(1%)发生宫腔粘连,对照组21例(21%)发生宫腔粘连,实验组宫腔粘连发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英35对人工流产术后宫腔粘连有预防作用,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets (Daying 35) on uterine adhesions after induced abortion. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who volunteered for abortion termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The experimental group received oral administration of Da-Ying35 immediately after the induced abortion, and the control group took antibiotics and neo-biochemical granules after operation for one week. Both groups were given routine postoperative nursing. Hysteroscopy 3 months after surgery to observe the uterine cavity recovery. Results Intrauterine adhesions occurred in 1 case (1%) in experiment group and intrauterine adhesions in 21 cases (21%) in control group. The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in experimental group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Da-ying 35 can prevent uterine adhesions after induced abortion, and can be widely used in clinic.
