沿海各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市渔业主管厅(局),各海区渔政渔港监督管理局:伏季休渔是符合我国国情的一项重要渔业资源保护制度,自1995年实施以来,得到了各级政府的有力领导和社会各界的支持与配合,得到广大渔民群众的理解和拥护,取得良好的社会效益、经济效益、生态效益、为做好2003年伏季休渔管理工作,现将有问题通知如下:一、休渔时间及范围在充分征求各方面意见的基础上,经研究决定,对黄海和东海部分海域的休渔时间和休渔作业类型做适当调整,其它海域继续按我部有关休渔规定执行。具体安排如下:
