沼肥施用对豆类品质和土壤理化性状的影响

通过在云南高原湖泊抚仙湖周边露地蔬菜上,设置沼肥施用田间试验,研究沼肥施用对土壤理化性状、重金属含量及豆类品质的影响,结果表明:土壤性状方面,配施沼肥能减少土壤粘粒含量,有效改善土壤板结现象;沼肥对提高土壤肥力,协调土壤营养平衡有明显效果;沼肥施用对土壤重金属含量影响较小。农产品质量方面,配施沼肥比化肥能有效降低豆类蔬菜粗纤维、硝酸盐含量,显著提高豆类蔬菜维生素C含量。对豆类蔬菜的重金属含量影响较小。 Through field experiments on the vegetables in the open field near the Fuxian Lake in Yunnan Plateau, the effects of biogas fertilizer on the physical and chemical properties, heavy metal content and quality of the beans were studied. The results showed that: Reduce soil clay content and effectively improve soil compaction; biogas manure has obvious effect on improving soil fertility and coordinating soil nutrient balance; and the effect of biogas manure on soil heavy metal content is small. Agricultural products quality, with biogas fertilizer than fertilizer can effectively reduce the crude fiber of vegetables, nitrate content, significantly improve the vitamin C content of legumes. Little effect on heavy metals in legumes.
